The Cosmic Cushion and Zabuton Meditation Cushion Set includes one Cosmic Cushion (crescent-shaped cushion) with your choice of Buckwheat Hull or Kapok fill and one Zabuton (rectangular mat) filled with cotton batting. Mix and Match colors as you wish.
The Cosmic Cushion is a unique design in meditation cushions. This simple but amazing meditation cushion is designed with a built-in slope to help you get into the perfect posture for sitting meditation. You will sit fully on top of this cushion. The broad seat and side extensions offer more support than any other meditation cushion.
The Cosmic Cushion is designed with the fill enclosed in muslin fabric and the 100% cotton twill cover in your choice of color is removable and washable. The Buckwheat Hull versions have a zippered opening to allow you to adjust the level of hulls.
Review the specifications below to understand which size will be best for your needs based on your height, weight, and level of flexibility. A good measure of flexibility is to sit on the floor in the cross-legged posture without any cushion. If your knees go to the floor, your flexibility is good. If your knees stay up in the air, then your flexibility is limited.
This cushion can be set on the Zabuton with the back side up and used for the kneeling posture known as Seiza.

Both the Deluxe and Economy Zabuton are filled with dense cotton batting with tufting stitches through the cotton batting to prevent the batting from bunching up. The Deluxe Zabuton has a removable cover in your choice of color - the cotton batting is sewn into muslin fabric. The Removable Cover of the Deluxe Zabuton produces a smooth surface. The Economy Zabuton does not have a removable cover - the cotton batting is sewn directly into the cotton twill fabric in your choice of color. The Tufting Stitches of the Economy Zabuton produces a dimpled surface.

First off I think this site has excellent customer service. I've only had the meditation cushion for a few days now but it is vastly more comfortable than anything else I have used. Still, my legs fall sleep after 20 minutes or so. I am the least flexible person I know though and hopefully I will be able to sit longer with time. I do like that I can also straddle this cushion and use it similar to a meditation bench. I can sit longer this way without my legs falling asleep. I got the oversized edition even though I'm only 5ft 8 because I am so unflexible and am not sure that was a good idea. I haven't tried the regular size for comparison but I do have to sit pretty far down in order for my knees to touch the floor. Still, this is a good cushion and it should last a long time. All the materials it's made out of seem to be good quality.

I am a big fan of this set. The forest green color is beautiful and the buckwheat cushion with the zabuton is very comfortable. It has certainly extended my daily meditation time. Very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend!

Great Quality and Expedient Shipping
The Cosmic Cushion and zabuton exceeded my expectations. The fabric is thick and durable yet soft to the touch. I opted for the cheaper shipping option but received it quicker than the estimate. In case you missed it in the description, the buckwheat hulls are enclosed in linen. Most competitors leave the buckwheat loose on the inside so removing the cover is more tedious. I noticed this statement in the description but wondered if was misinterpreting the phrasing but I wasn't. I am very pleased with this purchase!!!!!

meditation cushion set - Crescent Buckwheat
its all very good quality. i got the largest size crescent and was at first surprised by the "height" that i sat at...but in fact it is super comfortable (I'm 6', or 182 cm). Its not too big for someone that height, but might be too big for someone even just a bit shorter. I find it keeps me very upright and balanced.

Great cushion, seamless service
RE the cusion itself: I'm a 6'2, 185-pound inflexible man and this cushion is the best I've found. Together with the Zabuton I get a very pleasant sit. Note that I tried the extra large size previously, and this was much too high for me. The "regular" is just right.
