The Cosmic Cushion is a unique design in meditation cushions. This simple but amazing meditation cushion is designed with a built-in slope to help you get into the perfect posture for sitting meditation. You will sit fully on top of this cushion. The broad seat and side extensions offer more support than any other meditation cushion.
The Cosmic Cushion is designed with the fill enclosed in muslin fabric and the 100% cotton twill cover in your choice of color is removable and washable. The Buckwheat Hull versions have a zippered opening to allow you to adjust the level of hulls.

A good measure of flexibility is to sit on the floor in the cross-legged posture without any cushion. If your knees go to the floor, your flexibility is good. If your knees stay up in the air, then your flexibility is limited.

THE CRESCENT SHAPE & RAISED BACK REALLY DOES MAKE IT MOST COMFORTABLE FOR THE THIGHS IN MEDITATION POSITION, I WAS A BIT SKEPTIC BUT NOW CONVINCED. THIS IS THE BEST DESIGN, I AM STARTING A ONE YEAR LONG MEDITATION COURSE, THIS WILL BE MOST BENEFICIAL !

Cosmic Mediation Cushio
Have been a meditator for some 30 odd years and wanted to purchase a cushion to add oomph to my practice. Bought the low loft version as I am 5' and am on the yoga mat regularly. LOVE this cushion. Sat immediately and felt a deep releasing in my lower back and sacrum area that I have not felt in 20 years of sitting! Even used it as a bolster on the yoga mat to assist my heart chakra and chest/breathing. So jazzed I purchased this cushion.

Just What I Needed
I'm fairly inflexible and was previously using a standard bolster for my seated meditations and always struggled to stand up after due to knee pain and tightness in the inner thighs, but this cushion helped. I'm able to sit more comfortably for longer periods. I wound up buying another for my mom.
