The Cosmic Cushion is a unique design in meditation cushions. This simple but amazing meditation cushion is designed with a built-in slope to help you get into the perfect posture for sitting meditation. You will sit fully on top of this cushion. The broad seat and side extensions offer more support than any other meditation cushion.
The Cosmic Cushion is designed with the fill enclosed in muslin fabric and the 100% cotton twill cover in your choice of color is removable and washable. The Buckwheat Hull versions have a zippered opening to allow you to adjust the level of hulls.

A good measure of flexibility is to sit on the floor in the cross-legged posture without any cushion. If your knees go to the floor, your flexibility is good. Well made for a comfortable sitting
The construction is outstanding and sturdy. Husks are malleable and make sitting more pleasurable. Instead of abiding around and my legs and ankles hurting I can sit and meditate longer.

I am a meditation beginner. I've tried meditation with just using a folded pillow or towel. Let's just say, even a beginner on a budget realized that it was worth the money to purchase a meditation pillow (well it was more my ankles & legs came to the realization before the rest of me did). If you are serious about sticking with meditation this is by far a worth while investment! This company provides a high quality product, using the best materials and the price was far better than all the others! I loved all the color options. They also give the added option of sizes (which I didn't realize made a difference until I read another customers feedback, regarding she was a small woman & loved the option of a pillow made to her size). I must say the shape of this pillow is perfect!! The company shipped my purchase in record time! That on top of the choices, quality, and cost? I will be adding Sage Meditation to my favorites and will be going to them for all my future meditation needs ( apparently my ankles are eyeballing the padded mat to go along with my pillow, lol, my legs however couldn't be happier!)

So simple!
This is such a simple product and I wanted the perfect cushion for my boyfriend who is an avid meditator. He is 6'7 and has lower back problems when he meditates. I wanted to surprise him for Christmas and decided to purchase this to see what is was all about. When he opened it, he had no idea why it was so pricey because it is such a simple model but then he sat on it and I thought he was going to cry. He said it feels like he is sitting in a chair but felt so much more comfortable. He loves it and will be taking it with him on all his retreats. It was a great purchase and well worth the money!

The Cosmic Cushion
An excellent cushion for meditation practice. I can sit comfortably for longer periods with this meditation cushion. I am rating it a 4 because I think I should of gone for the larger cushion. I am a 6'3'' 220 pound male and might benefit from more loft than the regular size cushion offers. However, Sage provides exceptional customer service!

Relieves Strain on Low Back vs. Sitting on Floor
After several weeks of regular meditation in a "full lotus" on the floor, I started feeling low back strain. The cosmic cushion is great for sitting longer & more comfortably, even for those with ample flexibility.
