Meditation Mala Beads
Meditation Mala Beads — 108-Bead Counting Tool for Focused Practice
A meditation mala is a tactile counting tool used to maintain rhythm and focus during breath awareness, mantra repetition, and mindfulness practice. Each mala in this collection features the traditional 108-bead configuration plus a distinct head bead to mark the start and end of each cycle. All beads are individually knotted on a durable cord to maintain spacing, prevent tangling, and extend the life of the mala. Made in India using traditional hand-knotting techniques.

How to Use
Hold the mala in one hand and use your thumb to move from bead to bead with each breath or repetition. The head bead signals the completion of one full cycle of 108 counts. Malas can also be worn as a necklace or wrapped around the wrist between sessions.
