The Zafu Meditation Cushion is the time-honored foundation of seated meditation — a traditional round, pleated cushion that elevates your hips, aligns your spine, and helps you settle into stillness with ease. Available in Economy (sewn-in cover) or Deluxe (removable, washable cover) with Kapok or Buckwheat Hull fill. Can also be used on its side for kneeling Seiza meditation.
