The Personal Bodywork Mat is a firm, futon-style floor mat built for single-person massage, bodywork, stretching, and floor therapy. At 3 inches thick with a densely tufted cotton batting fill, it provides the firm, even support that practitioners and clients need — without the instability of foam. Its narrower 28" width makes it the most compact and portable option in our massage mat lineup, while still offering a full 72" length for head-to-toe coverage.
The 100% cotton twill cover is durable, removable, and washable in cool water with mild detergent. The batting is enclosed in linen fabric and tufted to prevent shifting or bunching during use. An included cotton-web strap with quick-release buckles lets you roll or fold the mat into a compact carry configuration — the strap doubles as a shoulder carry strap for easy transport to a studio, client space, or outdoors.
Beyond bodywork, this mat works equally well as a camping sleep pad, temporary guest bedding, a children's sleepover mat, or a comfortable floor lounging surface.
